Thanks for checking us out! We hope you’ll join our community of people who desire to grow in their physical, mental and emotional health, through dedicating an hour of their day to slowing down (or speeding up, depending on the class), breathing, and strengthening the body through different poses.

The Studio Yoga & Barre was created in 2016 with the goal of helping people grow in their journey of living healthy and strong. We hope a visit to our studio leaves you encouraged and inspired!

We offer different types of classes to meet your specific needs. However, each class offers helps and modifications, so that students of different levels can enjoy the same classes (see class descriptions below). First time walk-ins are welcome!

We also offer an assortment of exercise apparel and natural health products. Come check us out!

Summer Glow Ayurveda Workshop

Join Amy Gagner, RYT500, as we learn how to bring rejuvenation and balance to our skin this summer! This Ayurvedic workshop will help you create a Dinacharya (personal daily routine) and skin care products for your dosha (mind-body type). We will discover ancient techniques that help keep us nourished and glowing all summer long! You will leave with skin care recipes, tips and guidelines for the Pitta (summer) season. Together we will make and take home a handmade Ubtan (a gentle facial cleanser) and an Abhyanga (body oil) both made specially for your dosha. Cost is $40 (includes products, handout and refreshments).

Vinyasa Yoga

The Sanskrit word for “flow.” Known for its flowing movements that smoothly transition from pose to pose. Each class varies in style and intensity.

Ashtanga Yoga

Based on ancient yoga teachings, Ashtanga is a physically demanding style that follows a specific sequence of poses that are linked to your breathing. It performs the same poses in the same order.

Beginner Yoga

Focuses on basic philosophy, postures and techniques of yoga. Extra time is given to definitions, explanations, and help with poses and movements.

Happy Hour Variety Yoga

A mix of vinyasa movements and strong poses. This class will feel like a challenging workout, with time spent on cooling poses and stretching.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha is a generic term that refers to the basic postures of yoga. These classes give a gentle introduction to basic poses and breathing technique.

Strong Flow

Much like Vinyasa, but some time is spent on holding poses for strength.

Power Yoga

A fast paced flow, with an emphasis on poses that increase strength, stamina and flexibility — while reducing stress. Perfect if you want a good “workout!”

Yin Yoga

A slow-paced style that holds poses for long periods of time (with a focus on breathing). Yin targets the connective tissues (joints and ligaments) and is a compliment to the high-paced forms of exercise that work muscles.
